My wife Nina and I wanted to get blackout shades for our bedroom. Although drapes would have done the job, instead we were falsely advised by The Shades Store Team that it was incompatible with our window / ceiling. Recently I was informed by an alternate vendor that drapes certainly would be possible. Now I wake up at 5:30am every day because we paid for shades that don’t keep the light out of the bedroom. We paid the shades store thousands for blackout shades in our bedroom. We wake up at 5:30am every morning because the light gets through. Totally insufficient work and no offer to come back to fix it. BAD JOB.
