This David Saucedo character was going to rekey my locks then he was unable, called to reschedule and waited for nothing. My neighbor also had her keys locked in her vehicle with child inside, luckily the fire department came by and unlocked it very quickly, then this loser arrived shortly afterwards and was adamant about charging a service call fee. She paid, just to get rid of him. Bunch of crooks!
