My mom had 2 skylights that were installed by Brian that were still under warranty. Recently, one of the skylight blinds were not working. The remote did have some battery corrosion so I tried to remove as much of it as I could but it still did not work. Brian said he would come out to take a look at the issue. It took him 3 months to come out and when he did, he was able to fix the remote by cleaning the remote some more. He then asked my mom to pay a service charge of $70. I wish he were upfro
