We had The Pool Repair Guy come out yesterday, and although there was a bit of a miscommunication at first, I really want to highlight how they handled it. After my husband and I called for clarification, the manager immediately stepped in and made things right. I called in January for a leak detection and repair. They came and did some repairs, the pool still leaks. Called and reported the leak the next day. They took 3 months to get back because the water in the pool was cold to get in and look for the leak. Time goes by and I still don’t have any news. Called and agreed to see renovation that could help my pool to look nicer. On a Sunday this lady showed up, in a hurry to get us a mayor renovation.
