Their written proposal stated that the roll-up tube would be replaced “if needed,” which is how I evaluated and agreed to move forward. Before proceeding, I specifically clarified that I was not interested in replacing the tube unless it was truly necessary, as another provider indicated this is not commonly required. Poor customer service and shady business practice, took 30 minutes to close the pool on video and charged for 2 hours. I would not recommend using this service.
