Called them this morning for emergency leak. They sent me two emails and a text message stating a technician was assigned and on the way. When no one showed up I called and they said they were unable to fulfill request. No explanation for why they sent two emails and text stating that someone was on the way. Now scrambling to find someone else after waiting two hours

Haven, previously known to me as Plumbing Source, demonstrated their usual professionalism, efficiency, and timeliness in replacing a pipe related to the sump pump system. The technicians, Tyler and Dino who were both personable and task oriented , were an efficient team, and were very timely in completing the pipe replacement and cleaning the work area. I appreciated Tyler's explanation of the work completed and handling questions.
