They are completely incompetent! I found these guys on Angie's List. Tuesday I spoke with them and sent them pictures of the water damage to my ceiling. I had an appointment scheduled with them for Friday at 2:00. and I specifically told them; "DO NOT BE LATE!" At 2:30 I'm calling them to ask them why they haven't showed up, that they are already a half hour late.
