Using The Moving Pros was a massive mistake. They lack basic competence, operational integrity, and professional accountability. The most unprofessional part of the experience was that Tom, the person in charge, physically abandoned our move halfway through the day to leave for another job. He left behind a crew that spent more time hanging around than working—including one worker who openly admitted he had a medical condition preventing him from lifting and just sat there. Damaged our drywall and hardwood floors - extensively. We had a walkthrough the next day and Tom promised to have someone come and fix everything, then ghosted us. We've moved 10 times over the years (work-related) and this was a nightmare experience. They showed up in a small Uhaul truck with two guys for a four bedroom move. Paid hourly but worked with zero urgency. There are so many other great options out there, save yourself from a similar experience as us.
