I chose this company for the name (and also great reviews) and stayed for how awesome Jim was. He was very prompt with communication, was fast and took care while he was in our house, and it was clear he cared more about doing a good job than making a quick buck or pushing for unnecessary repairs. The best chimney cleaning company! I tried several before I came upon this in a google search. They were efficient in responding, on time and did a great job. More thank that, both the owner and his assistant were kind, genuine and went the extra steps to connect and assist. He even carried my old ash out to my chicken coop! Highly recommend and will be using again.
