I initially had a great experience and even referred a few clients their way but my 1st go round with trying to turn my system on from being winterized has been an utter nitemare. Nothing but excuses and incompetence. They had me confused with another customer asking me about a $1500 pump. I was baffled as this is only my 2nd year season of this new system I paid good money for. Then day of my appt they cancelled and try to say I did it myself. See texts.
