They completed the survey for my property using an outdated process and failed to inform me that they do not provide a digital seal and digital signature, which are now required by the city for permit approval. ALL THE SURVEY COMPANY IN MIAMI USE DIGITAL SEAL & SIGNATURE IN ORDER TO DO CONSTRUCTIONS IN YOUR HOUSES !!!! As a result, my pool construction project has been delayed because the city will not accept the documents they provided.
