I read the manuals, I installed all of the wires correctly, but I still was not getting the results I was expecting from my surround system. Marc spent two hours with me, rearranged a few things, dove into all of the various settings, reprogrammed my master remote, and voila...all is good. He wanted to make sure I knew how to operate it so he had me run through all of the scenarios...and, he charges only a fraction of what his time is worth. Don't sweat it..just call Marc.

Mark let me know he charged an hourly rate beforehand. I’ve never installed a mount, so I wasn’t sure as to how long it would actually take. Because Mark wanted to ensure that he got paid for at least two hours he started dropping screws. He claimed it was hard for him to get them in. He kept asking for help from my daughter and me. We did most of the work. After all the time he spent here my tv is slightly crooked. I would definitely NOT recommend this man.

Marc came to our house and installed a large Sony TV onto the wall. He was fast and very efficient. He has lots of ideas on how to improve your sound. Highly recommended.
