The person are friendly but honestly I would not use this company again for 11months warranty on my new build , the report is basic and lack of detail. I did call and ask before scheduling to make sure they will inspect the roof but they never do it , this person only bring a young guys who working for roofing company and he didnt even bring a ladder to check the roof either . I would say over $500 for an hour basic inspect is not really worth it lol .
