These guys seriously impressed me with responsiveness at the sale and installation phase. However this dropped off dramatically. SUBSEQUENT POST: I am revising review because the lack of responsiveness was due to unforeseen circumstances. They have since been to my home for a courtesy call and did a great job!

I do not recommend this business......for various reasons, most of all Inability to deliver what was promised

The Hearth Shop in Westlake was wonderful. Joe came out and helped me choose the perfect fireplace and stone for my home. The entire crew was excellent from start to finish. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this establishment if you're in the market for a new fireplace.
