We are so happy with our North Star fire place! We originally started with a biltmore 80 open traditional fire place to the closed door North Star!! The customer service was amazing! They made you feel like family when you walk through the doors and were so sweet, and understanding when we wanted to switch to the North Star! 10/10 I’ll recommend them forever! Great company! Amazing customer service! Will always have our business!!!

Read lots of reviews saying don’t call, just go. So we did. Matt answered all of our questions and was very pleasant and helpful! Glad we went into the store!

Not sure what to think. Alot of people recommended them. I've called a few times, was told they had to order what I needed. I went by during normal hrs and the door was locked and no one answering the phone. Maybe an emergency or something. Went to Lowes after. I try to give locals business, but seems the places everyone says not to buy from(Lowes/HomeDepot, etc) has what I need and is the same quality at lower price.
