Awful customer service. What a shame. Came in and got berated for returning an item after spending over a grand. This place could've been something special.

We are so happy with our North Star fire place! We originally started with a biltmore 80 open traditional fire place to the closed door North Star!! The customer service was amazing! They made you feel like family when you walk through the doors and were so sweet, and understanding when we wanted to switch to the North Star! 10/10 I’ll recommend them forever! Great company! Amazing customer service! Will always have our business!!!
