I am a local Realtor and had a photo shoot scheduled in Keller for the following morning. Only to find out at 2:00 pm that the yard was overgrown due to ran and the owners travel schedule. I was referred to "The Ground Guys". They opened up their schedule and took care of me the same day, great service, great attitude, my client could pay online!! 👏 Highly recommended!

I would not go with them. Paid for services that were not rendered. Tried to inform them but very hard to get a hold of anyone. There's a generic scheduling number and the rep on the line says they will send the message to the appropriate party, but no one ever calls back. And good luck trying to cancel services. Even that requires goes through the scheduler who says they'll send the info to cancellation dept and to expect a call back. But of course no one calls back. It's not worth the hassl

I am pleased with the service I received this year from The Grounds Guys when they put our Christmas Lights. Originally we had the white bright lights and there were a few bulbs not working plus one arch was the traditional warm white lights so I asked them to come fix the missing bulbs and they were very accommodating and listened to my needs.
