The Groove, and the staff is dedicated to nothing short of superior customer service and product. I greatly enjoy dealing with folks that are as committed to their customers as they are profit (although they do need to eat : )! I ordered a McIntosh MA352 integrated amplifier from The Groove OKC. Charlie and his crew were very helpful with my order. They made sure to have enough staff there to take care of me and were very patient with all my questions. I could tell they were willing to spend as much time with me as I needed to feel satisfied before I left with my purchase and I would happily do business with them again!

I have purchased multiple analog systems from The Groove as housewarming gifts for nieces. I have had to make an emergency turntable purchase for myself when the tip of my stylus broke off a brand of turntable The Groove didn't even sell. Charlie replaced the stylus for me for free even though I didn't buy the turntable or the new cartridge through them. A great selection of high-end speakers, high end amplifiers, speaker cable etc., at price levels from affordable to take out a loan expensive.
