Better than new! I really recommend The Glass Guru. From the initial inspection to the final installation; Kevin walked the extra mile to fix my broken window. He kept excellent communication during the whole process.

I have an antique curio cabinet that had 2 of the 3 shelves broken. I was able to take the remaining shelf, with special etching, to Glass Guro and they made the replacement shelves exactly as the original one. I could not be more pleased with the final product. Excellent communication throughout the project.

The Glass Guru of Plano has replaced several fogged window panes in my home over the years, which is way cheaper than having the entire window replaced. Kevin does excellent work, is on time and is very kind and respectful. Recently there has been a change in ownership - I can see that the service and responsiveness are even better. I highly recommend this glass company at the Plano location as they are franchises.
