Had the floor sanders refinished and patch my old Douglas fir flooring on my first floor after open floor plan remodel in 2019. They were very professional and came back multiple times to try and fix the issues. We were somewhat happy with the results and the finish has held up. The areas where they had to patch in with similar old floors however, have all gone downhill. Totally regret not ripping out and starting with new flooring. Not sure if patching floors is just a bad idea or they didn’t
