Paid for winterizing last fall. They broke a head off while I watched and immediately said "that's not our fault" they left for other jobs and also said "we can worry about that next summer". Spoke with office personal immediately and they assured me they would "take care next spring, don't worry". As I type this post in June I am still waiting to hear from them while the grass turns brown since very little rain the last couple weeks.
