I called one week ago to schedule a service call to have my ventless fireplace checked for safety and to learn how to operate the controls. I was told the cost before the end of the phone call. Don arrived right on time today, checked everything, showed me how to use the remote and other controls. He was very personable and answered all my questions. The home we moved into a few years ago has gas fireplaces. I never used them because I wanted to have them checked out beforehand. When I called to arrange the appointment they were incredibly nice and upfront with the cost. The person who came today was incredibly professional, knew exactly what type of fireplace he was dealing with, checked them all and showed me how to use them. I will definitely be using them in the future for any maintenance or repairs.
