I recently worked with Dillon and the team at The Fireplace Factory to convert our wood-burning fireplace to gas, and the experience was fantastic. From the start, the staff did a great job of educating us on the process and walked us through their extensive selection of options. The installation itself was seamless, and they even threw in some extra lava rocks as a nice finishing touch. The entire process was smooth from start to finish.
