We had a fireplace installed in the fall of 2025 by The Fireplace Element. The unit was not what we were expecting, in fact it looks a little unsafe with wires coming out from the back, just a foot away from the flames. I would suggest asking what an external fireplace unit looks like prior to purchasing. The unit has been turning off and then on.
