Cameron was very professional and friendly and ready to answer any question I had. I was very pleased with my installation experience.
Cel was very detailed and courteous.
I had a lantern, one of a pair, that kept blowing out in windy weather. The other one, identical as far as I could tell, could withstand the wind. Dead bugs in lantern were found and cleared by the Fireplace Company. Thanks!
