Poor communication and after multiple trips to my home after having to stay on them to schedule. Almost $500 later my fireplace still doesn’t work. Tech even used my paper towels for cleaning I was paying for. Complained and wanted to schedule another diagnosis visit. Tech has been out twice…no thanks… Avoid at all costs.

This place is awesome!! They went above & beyond on service!! They called when the part came in to schedule an appt, & the day of the appt they called to say he (Chase) was on his way! Chase arrived on time, explained everything, gave tips, was so knowledgeable & friendly! Excellent customer service!! Will definitely use them again!!

Very disappointing experience when looking for either a wood or gas stove for a 1906 property. Initial guidance and store visit was promising, but when our options narrowed due to only a 5" flue it became clear that our sales person was not motivated by a project that required a greater degree of planning and technical expertise. We never even received a quote, having been told that they were first checking building regs. for a gas fire with external wall venting. 7 weeks on we have given up hop
