I will say it's hard to find someone to help with fireplace servicing for a Lennox. The Fire Place Ltd was the 3rd place I called. I would like to thank the gentleman that took my call on March 9(?). We are so happy with our gas fireplace! The model we chose (Kozy Heat) looks so much like a real fire. Much more realistic than some other brands that we saw in other stores. They are very low pressure when you go to the showroom. I think they should really talk it up because this fireplace is the best!
