Tyler did a great job cleaning our fireplace. He was on time, neat and very friendly. We are totally satisfied with our experience with Chimney Concepts which includes sales, install and maintenance.

Had a gas fireplace tune-up conducted on 05/13/2026. As part of the tune-up, an inspection and cleaning of the lower portion of the unit, including the electronics, wiring and blower was to be done. Not sure if the Tech conducted an inspection but there was absolutely no cleaning of the lower portion of the fireplace. The maintaince was also to include a video scan of the interior chimmney flue. If that was even done, which I do not belive it was, I was never shown or informed what the video may
