Under no circumstances would I allow Chad Martin and Amy Stevens near my house again. I hired them under the name BuiltDifferentTexasLLC however they are affiliated with Design Quad. There is not a single part of my remodel that has not gone wrong. We have had a gas leak in our attic, a major water leak in my attic through my ceilings, the tile is laughably crooked - they had paper over it until they left, they took 3 tries and way overcharged me for painting a closet, my hot and cold water line
