I reached out via email and received no response, so I followed up with a phone call. I spoke with someone about setting up a weekend consultation. She mentioned weekends were by appointment only and said she’d check her availability and get back to me. She gave me her cell number, but after multiple follow-ups — including texts, a voicemail, and another call — I never received any acknowledgment or response. It’s disappointing to experience such poor communication, especially when I was ready
