If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was supposed to have a deep cleaning of my house done today and the cleaners never showed up. When I called about it, they told me they wouldn’t be able to come until Wednesday. I scheduled this cleaning WELL in advance and have pictures of my house being done on Wednesday morning as I am listing my house for sale. This is absolutely unacceptable. I called and spent hours on the phone with the company who assured me of their professionalism. They went over every detail with me, gave me a discount and welcome to Kansas price. They stiffed me Monday, there was zero communication after waiting 5 hours the person I had waiting for them left; they couldn’t get me back in schedule until I accepted a higher price.
