While they did a great job trimming and cleaning things up, they did a subpar job at the deer repellent steps I paid for. I paid for them to plant my 3 brand new Northern Red Oaks and take steps to prevent deer damage. As a supposed tree expert company they would have known Northern Red Oaks are particularly tempting to deer. They installed a flexible, skimpy net around each tree that was maybe 3 feet tall directly around the base of the tree which did absolutely nothing to protect them. One buc
