Javier has been awesome to work with! We were connected to Copper State Plumbing through a home warranty referral and were cautiously optimistic because we didn't hand select a plumber. Not only did he answer all of our questions and remedy the issue, he referred an incredible company to help us dry out water damage. As new homeowners, we definitely have our go-to plumber now!

Javier came out and replaced our water heater. Fast response and install cleaned up after himself. Will be using them again in the future

If I could leave zero stars I would! What started out as a promising referral, The Copper State Plumbing Co quickly squashed that. My father had an upstairs bathroom leak on May 23rd. They were quick to come out and assess the leak, and start the drying out process. From the very beginning they promised my Dad that they would fix everything quickly, and worry about the insurance approval afterwards. My Home Warranty Company assigned my Work Order to them Wed, 11/27 as a Priority Service Call. I made contact with this Service Provider on the evening of 11/27 but the guy I spoke with said he would call me back from another number. He never did. Due to the thanksgiving week I expected a longer wait time/response for service. So I called Monday 12/2 a total of 4 times in 1 hour increments since I had to leave voice messages requesting a call back for an ETA/Update for service. Never got a call

I would not recommend this place!!! Javier is very unprofessional and will tell you he's the lowest to get you to earn his business and then try to charge you for other things. Also when I called another company to come out and replace the water heater he harassed me about picking up his water heater when I told him that he can come pick it up but it has to be after 12:00. If you need any type of plumbing done definitely do not go with this company. Look for somebody else.

No job to small, very professional and not pricey like the major competitor's. Very knowledgeable and effective. I highly recommend The Copper State Plumbing company. Javier has effective knowledge in his work.
