A wonderful experience recently at the Container Store in White Plains NY. I called ahead to make a design appointment for library shelving. I spoke with Alexander who was very helpful and knowledgeable in response to my preliminary questions. I made an appointment with Alexander for a few days later. When I arrived (a little early), the manager was expecting me and called me by my name, assuring me Alexander would be available momentarily (on time). Alexander worked with me swiftly and skill

Impressive first-time visit to the store. Amazed by the broad selection of items. I was quickly able to find my desire item because I looked online and determined the availability. Quite pleased with my initial experience.

Was looking for a shower curtain liner - very understandable that they don’t carry this, but when I finally found someone and asked for help, I was told to check the bath aisle, which I had. I said I looked there and didn’t see it. No eye contact or offer to check the aisle or store inventory for me. So unhelpful and rude. I never would have treated a customer so dismissively in my retail days.

Container store designed and installed two of these wall-mounted / floating end tables. The process wasn’t perfect but I am very pleased with the final result and equally pleased with the accountability of this Company when we hit some rough patches. It’s not uncommon for there to be some bumps in the road with renovation projects. Based on my experience, I would recommend them! You will be happy with their customer service.
