I had the pleasure of working with Alishia Wilson at the Container store to design our new Elfa closet system. ITS GREAT and Alishia was SUPER AWESOME to work with! She answered all 1,000 of my questions before, during and after the purchase & installation. The Container Store installer (Nick) did a FABULOUS job... and a shout-out to Pete (the store manager) for personally delivering the hardware to our house when the local delivery company ("Dolly") dropped the ball last minute. I wasn't even in this store 30 seconds and had two different employees loudly chasing me with offers, so I turned right around and left. I can get plastic tubs anywhere and I don't need this aggressive sales nonsense.

I collect shipping boxes, containers, glass bottles, and cigar boxes. I know its weird, however whenever my wife wants to mail or ship something to one of her family members in other states, Ta Da, I have the perfect box.....and plenty of stuffings for protection. I love the options but many can be quite overpriced, and it can be hard to find the basics. However most employees can help you find what you need. This store in particular has an employee who works the register who I found to be quite rude. Every time I come in she judgementally scans me up and down, quite unhelpful when asked questions, and she's extremely pushy about their rewards program. Just got my office set up from there! The girls were awesome to work with! They got an idea for what I wanted and built me a design within my budget! I live over an hour away and they made the design process painless! My husband and a friend put the rails on and my husband and I put the desk part together and the rest of the shelves. Very sturdy and relatively easy to put together! Dont judge the mess, I'm still working on organizing it!

This place is 1) A store 2) A store that sells containers It is therefore a good place to go to buy containers from a store. Plenty of good stuff here, plenty of stuff to buy that are not containers as well including other types of food storage and office accessories. It's a good enough example of a good store.

My husband and I enjoyed working with the in-store Design Specialist. We picked up our items, and everything seemed great and we were excited to put together our closet organizing system. We were told it was easy to assemble. It was not! We struggled, and spent almost 2-days trying to get it assembled. It was not intuitive.
