Customer service experience was beyond subpar. My closets were supposed to arrive at the store on 2/5 after the order was placed in December. I received a call on 2/1 stating most items arrived, but a snowstorm prevent a few brackets from being delivered. Initially I was told my brackets were being shipped to me and would arrive before my 2/9 install date. I was then told the brackets would arrive until 2/11 and modify my install date. Thankfully I pushed the date back to 3/19. On 2/18 I called

Wow, Al didn’t acknowledge me at all but once a lady that looked like him walked into the store she received wondered customer service. Very sad approach and we live in a world with many races, and shades of skin tone. I wouldn’t have him as the face of the store if I was management. I’ll never return to this store.

I got what I needed and the product is well made. It’s pretty much IKEA but way more expensive.
