Fantastic experience across the board. The design service in the store, the communication of out of stock items, and perfect installation. 5 stars! The designer asked all of the right questions to make sure my needs were met. The installer worked quietly and without disruption to my home. I’m very pleased with my closet. Thank you!

I shopped at the Troy store today to replace the casters on an Elfa drawer unit purchased in the late 1990's. Miracle of miracles, the casters went on without difficulty and the unit is back in use. I was given helpful assistance at the store and am so glad that the frame design has stayed the same so a broken caster has not made the unit unusable. The Container store continues to be my favorite place. Thank you.

The Container Store designer and installer were great. My only complaint is with the Dolly delivery service. Very hard to communicate with them. I changed my delivery date but the delivery guy did not get the message. He was very nice - not his fault - Dolly's fault.

Excellent design and product. I am amazed at how all of my clothes fit with room to spare.
