I haven't come across a repairman/conractor that is friendly, honest, and helpful in almost 10 years. Most just want to take advantage of you.I had 2 questionable HVAC contractors come by and both tell me different things regarding my furnace. Instead, I called The Climate Doctor for a third opinion.
