Scheduled for a fireplace cleaning. On the confirmed date they had an issue and rescheduled for the following afternoon. They didn't show up or call. I tried calling the and they ignored our calls.they called back a few days later and begged us to give them another chance. They showed up as scheduled and couldn't figure out how to open the glass to clean and just left telling us nothing. Don't use these people.

Extremely unprofessional. We were having issues with our chimney cap, which they removed. They then told us they had to order a new one, and they would replace it. Two months elapsed where they told us repeatedly that the part was on its way. After repeated calls they said they would come and place our old one back on. Well guess what they never showed up. So we basically paid $200 for them to take the cap off and never have it replaced. Take your money elsewhere
