We have been living in West Covina for over 30 years. We needed a kitchen and flooring remodel and we found Payless. So glad we did. Other competitors informed us they were unable to do the remodel because we live in a mobile home and the construction would not hold up the cabinets. I scheduled an appointment with Payless Cabinets expecting an initial design consultation to explore cabinet options and colors. However, after arriving, I was told the appointment was essentially not properly set up because my spouse. Before the visit, I had already answered many questions over the phone, including my project location/ZIP code and the styles/colors I was looking for. I even received a confirmation call 2 minutes before arrival asking whether I was coming with my spouse. Really?
