We hired Brothers Who Do Gutters to fix a known safety hazard at my elderly parents’ home. Their gutters were clogging and leaking, causing water to drip onto the front steps and freeze in winter — an extremely dangerous situation for homeowners in their late 70s. The company said their product would solve this problem. It did not. After installation, the gutters continue to leak, and the same hazardous conditions remain. In other words, the core issue we paid them to fix was never resolved. W

The workmanship of the gutter installation looks great. Pedro and Freily were organized, and pleasant to work with. The sales process took some time and work to get a verbal promise on the agreement, but it worked out in the end. Now that it is done, for some reason, the management is not cashing the final payment. They are preferring to cash it on some unspecified date in the future. I don't like having the deal open indefinitely like this.
