UPDATE 5/2/2026 - I recently purchased a second TV from the Big Screen Store. I worked with Mike for the original purchase and he was great, helping me decide on the right model based on my needs. Fast forward a month and the back panel started peeling away, a known issue with some Samsung OLEDs and easy to fix under warranty. They helped arrange for a Samsung authorized tech to come to my home and made repairs. To the surprise of everyone, including the tech onsite, Samsung wouldn't authorize

It was the easiest purchase and the easiest installation.
