Mike, Anthony, Zack, Jarren, and Melo came out for a total of 8 days of hard word and each day showed up promptly. They were extremely professional and courteous always keeping me in the loop. My basement didn't have a single window that wasn't broken in some way. Among other problems and future projects the folks at basement doctor really knocked this whole thing out of the park. I know it's just windows but I really like how much these turned out. They did 5 windows and one being special for the laundry. From the very first meeting with Drew until the finished job with Parker, I could not ask for better communication! They provided more information than I even thought I needed and they are extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with basements, water, etc. Parker even noticed that our water heater had split and we were able to prevent a problem before it could happen.
