Paul is my new go-to appliance repair guy. He fixed my dishwasher a month ago, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. A repairman who is willing to show you the problem and explain how to repair it yourself if it happens again is rare these days. When you find someone who is honest and not trying to charge you for repairs or parts you don’t actually need, that’s someone whose contact information you make sure to keep. Paul is a great guy and very honest in his business dealings.
