Amazing plumber. Great service! They were quick to act, get me on the schedule, and resolve my problem.
Eugene and team were very responsive to the plumbing leak in my home and arrived within a few hours and fixed the leak and assessed water damage. They took the time to listen to my concerns about mold and costs and provided cost effective solutions to drying out the area. They were very kind and I felt very comfortable with them working in my home. I highly recommend this company as they provide great service and quality repairs at a good value and take the time to listen and provide solutions
This is our third time using The Art of Plumbing, we just added a water softener, and they were great as usual. Punctual, reasonable prices, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend them.
Eugene was very efficient and professional. He even recommended some other names for various services. We had just moved into a new home and had some issues needing other repairs. He came as a referral from someone who rented out homes and was spoken very highly of.
We recently installed a tankless water heater. Eugene did a perfect job from every step of the way. His estimate was reasonable and the most comprehensive amongst everyone we contacted. He’s always polite and punctual for the appointment. I’m so glad we found a trustworthy plumber in town!
TAOP was fantastic. Greatly appreciate their fast support for some bizarre water heater behavior.
He did not advise us that he could not do the install for 3 or 4 days after I order, paid for and arranged the water acquisition. Ghosted my texts, I had to find alternative installer ‘Waterheater4u’ who did a fantastic job for less money
Eugene was great! Our kitchen faucet broke and we had Michael's and son come out and install a new one. After they installed the new one the hot water pressure was extremely low and they informed us that it must be a bad faucet. I was skeptical and so I had Eugene come out and take a look. He was here for 2 hours taking the fossil apart checking every part, being extremely thorough. He found a piece of rubber that had broken off during the install and got stuck in the line which was hard to get
