A huge shoutout to John Milner for being with us from start to finish. He was really helpful and explained to us how the process would go. We ran into some hiccups with our HOA, but John and his team were able to connect us with a fellow homeowner who went through our pains, and we were able to get the approval and installation done pretty quickly. We have been really happy with solar panels thus far!

TGE cold called and knocked on our door and rang our door bell at 8:15 pm on a Tuesday evening in Upper Arlington, OH. Our exterior and interior lights were both turned off. Just an outrageous sales practice for what claims to be a legit, reputable organization. Truly baffling decision making from the sales rep and TGE’s sales leadership team. I couldn’t care less about their product or how it well performs. This group has no idea how to market their service. Figure it out, TGE.

The young man that sold us the service was delightful to work with. That's where my satisfaction ends. If I had known I was going to have this horrible eyesore on the back of my house I would never have consented to the installation. We needed our panels (20) removed and replaced for a roof replacement. Barry provided a reasonable quote. The work was done on time and as described. One issue was discovered at removal (rodents gnawing on wiring) and a reasonable remedy was identified communicated and implemented. I hope I don’t need TGEs service again but would go to them if something was needed.

TGE knocked it out of the park. We were in a unique situation where we inherited solar panels from another house, we called around and spoke to several companies and everyone turned us away.
