I have a well used Primo grill. Recently, while grilling I noticed that the fire box had cracked (where the coals are placed). While in the store getting supplies, I mentioned the issue to Bobby. Instantly, he was assisting me to help with the warranty claim. I did not purchase the grill at Texas outfitters, but Bobby was super helpful and was able to help me file a warranty request with the company. Bobby and all the staff I've dealt with are very knowledgeable and always friendly & helpful when I come in! I can sear steaks and smoke anything I want! My new cast iron grill plate is also awesome. Raised ridges on one side for grill marks, smooth on the other side for grilling shrimp, veggies, even cooking breakfast! Absolutely love my setup.
