Booked a move for move out day 9am. Paid my deposit got a confirmation but no follow up, no reminder, and when I call them to ask what the eta is, you just hear their after hours voicemail. They open at 8am, I’m calling at 9am. Not off to a comforting start. I will follow up to let you know how it went.

Hired these guys yesterday after another company cancelled on me last minute. The fact they took the job on short notice and the lady who helped me set up the move is the only reason I won't give them 1 star. First the team was nearly 40 minutes late from the scheduled start time. The move seemed to go well but I've noticed many dings on my walls and items and they left several items behind that I told the team to take. The team worked for only an hour and a half and then told me they were done

Alex and his crew were fantastic. They were fast, friendly, efficient, professional and did outstanding work. Hopefully I don’t have to, but will definitely use them again!
