Response to Owners comment: Returning after a failed retest is not going above and beyond, it is the job. Framing it as a kind, “going out of your way” gesture is misleading. You didn’t provide what was paid for in the slightest, then you were hired by our landlord to do the testing for remediation AND recommended an unlicensed Remediation company.
