He was prompt and communicated so well on the morning of the delivery about his location, and what time we could expect him. Great experience. Was contacted ahead of time to confirm the install date and time, was called the day of to let me know I was second on the list for the day, got a text when on the way. Will was our installer for a dishwasher we purchased from a retailer. He was super professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dishwasher was installed perfectly and looks great!

Our Bosch 500 dishwasher was installed quickly and professionally. The tech was efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I love the arrival time communication. The only con would be that saw dust left under the sink was not cleaned up after the install. It didn't take me long to sweep it up, but I was surprised that the saw dust was left behind after the tech cut a larger hole in my cabinet for the plumbing. I will still give them a 5 star rating because mistakes can happen.
